What the Third Eye Chakra Handles
The third eye sits between your brows. It runs intuition, perception and insight, which is a fancy way of saying it is the part of you that clocks things.
Reading a room. Knowing what somebody means underneath what they are saying. Seeing the pattern before you can explain the pattern. It is the chakra that works faster than your reasoning does, which is exactly why people talk themselves out of it.
A Blocked Third Eye Chakra Feels Like
- ✳You get a gut feeling and immediately look for reasons it is wrong.
- ✳You needed proof of something you already knew.
- ✳You call it a coincidence every time.
- ✳You ask a lot of people for advice about things you have already decided.
- ✳Your dreams have gotten loud, or stopped entirely.
- ✳You keep saying I should have trusted myself, and then not doing it.
You do not need all of that to be true. Two or three usually tells the whole story.
How to Find Your Balance
Write the feeling down when you get it, before your mind starts negotiating. Date it. Read it back in a month.
Stop asking so many people. Every opinion you collect is one more layer between you and the thing you already knew.
Get bored on purpose. Intuition needs silence and it will not compete with a podcast.
Rest your eyes. This chakra is behind them.
